   Many of your initial questions will be answered by the information provided here.

2. Complete “Information Request Form”
   Please complete our Information Request Form to receive additional information. If you meet our preliminary criteria and your territory is available, a representative will be in touch soon.

3. Initial Phone Call
   During our first call we will further discuss the Decorating Elves opportunity. We will also cover a few key topics including; your motivation, business background and territory of interest.

4. Receive Marketing Packet
   After you've talked with one of Decorating Elves Franchise Sales Representatives we will mail out a Marketing Packet with additional information on the program and an application.

5. Complete Request for Consideration Application
   The application tells us that you are serious about the opportunity and it will also give us a clear picture of your financial, business, and managerial plans.

6. Phone Interview Conducted
   During the Phone Interview we will ask questions and gather information to learn more about yourself, and your interest in the business and industry. In addition we will review your request for consideration in detail. This is also a good time to openly ask questions.

7. Decorating Elves UFOC Sent
   Upon completion of your phone interview, and decision to award a Decorating Elves franchise. We will mail you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). The UFOC further defines the relationship between the Franchisor (us) and the Franchisee (you). It is a legal document, and it is what you will sign in order to become a Decorating Elves Franchisee.

8. UFOC Conference Call
   Within two weeks of your receiving the UFOC, we will have a UFOC Conference Call Scheduled. This call will give you the opportunity to discuss the UFOC or Franchise Agreement. If you have specific legal questions, please submit your questions prior to our call.

9. Formal Territory Established
   We establish a territory with a letter of intent, and give you dated exclusivity on it.

10. Discovery Day – meet and greet
    Your Discovery Day will be held at our corporate headquarters in Tampa Bay, Fl. You will be able to meet with the Decorating Elves franchise staff and our CEO. In addition during the right times of the year, you will have the opportunity to see first hand how the Decorating Elves system works.

11. Finalization of Agreement & Training Date Established
    The signing can be done on your discovery day, and we will set your first three days of training then.
