With the holiday season quickly approaching, we need talented light installers more than ever.
While working for Decorating Elves, you’ll travel all over Tampa Bay to install outdoor lighting setups designed by our experts. Since each project we do is different, you won’t have to worry about becoming bored with repetitive work. Today might be a job installing sidewalk lights at a residence, while tomorrow might be installation of an elaborate holiday display for a commercial building. There’s never a dull moment when you’re illuminating the entire central Gulf coast.
We offer paid training to learn our skills and techniques, so it’s no problem if you don’t have any experience. Once trained, you’ll earn a competitive wage with the possibility of overtime, bonuses, and other financial incentives. We also throw in an occasional team meal and go all out with prizes at our annual Christmas Breakfast!

We offer full-time, seasonal positions with the possibility of working year-round for the right person. We only work during daytime hours, so you won’t have to worry about staying at work late. Past successful candidates have included college students, painters, roofers, construction workers, day laborers, veterans, retired military, landscapers, minor league athletes, and tree workers.
